Rubber Industrial & Anti-Fatigue Mats - Kitchen Matting
What is special about kitchen mats?
To suceed in a commercial kitchen environment and not break down quickly, mats requrie a high percentage of Nitrile rubber.

Natural rubber has poor resistance to oils, fats and greases. At least 40% Nitrile content added to natural or synthetic rubber ensures far superior grease resistance.

In addition, mats should drain well as there is a prevalence of liquid spilage in kitchens.

And, from a saftey perpective, good ramping, with a gentle slope along all edges where traffic may walk on and off the mat, is an essential to prevent trips.
